Gene Davis and family have been serving great food in Jackson Michigan since 1968, that's over 35 years. Our reputation for quality quantity and service, goes unmatched. No event is to large or to small and we specialize in corporate, custom events and weddings. We service many of Jackson's civic events and serve corporations such as Consumer's Energy, Walker Mfg., Mac Steel, Alro Steel, Aeroquip, Airmaster Fan, Home Builders Association, Michigan Automotive Compressor (MACI), etc. We also serve dozens of local churches, schools and doctor's offices. With over 3000 events being catered each year, we bring the customer tons of experience, reliable service with quality food, and all at a fair and reasonable price.
We take pride in the quality of the products we purchase and all of our products are homemade. We are the only catering company in Jackson to build and operate our own free standing commercial kitchen specifically for catered meals. Our ability to cook large amounts of food are surpassed only by Southern Michigan Prison and the Foote Hospital. On numerous occasions, we have catered events hosting over 2000 people.
Our new Banquet and Convention Center located at 3575 Francis Street Jackson Michigan, offers level ground floor service without steps or elevators, modern spacious restrooms, a drive up canopy for protection against Michigan's weather, zone heating and air conditioning, an elegant spacious lobby, portable bars and dance floors, a state of the art pa system with wireless microphones, a smoke free atmosphere, ample lighted parking, handicap accessibity, and all in addition to our FREE professional event planning and consultation.
